I like your attitude! I'm sure there are many places of business that would not fire someone for grey hair, but there should not be any at all, in my opinion.

I also think that the stigma of gray hair when hiring shouldn't happen either. I know people who can't find jobs now because of their age and that's wrong. They are even willing to work for far less than before, just to put food on the table and keep a roof over their heads. Companies are missing out on a lot of great work experience and work ethic by ruling out potential employees because of gray hair and/or age.
And, yes, there are many young people, college-educated and otherwise, who can't find jobs in this economy but they often have parents to fall back on. I read that 85% of college grads are moving back in with their parents. Well, someone in those households needs to work. The parents should be at least as employable as their children IMHO.
