Spa Week
« on: September 18, 2010, 03:36:17 PM »
The week of October 11-17 is Spa Week. For participating spas, go to:
http://www.spaweek.com/

I've booked a facial at the Red Door Salon for only $50, which is half the regular price. I love facials --at a reputable salon such as this, but don't like spending full price. I usually wait until I get a GC from someone. :P

Sounds like a good idea. I shall have to do some perusing about my area and see if I can find a deal! It has been awhile since I had one. :)

No, it's nationwide. Go to the website and put in your location.

:argh: Big surprise, the nearest participating salon is 5 hours away!  That's not happening.  How 'bout you, makin'?  At least back east you can drive for an hour and run into civilization!

Ooh, several options within 10 miles. I might go for a hot stone massage.

Five hours, cracky? That's criminal.

Tell me about it ZuZu!
Yeppers, it's roughly 5 hours west to El Paso, 5+ hours east to Dallas, 5 hours north to Amarillo, 5 hours south to- well... more wilderness.
I'll be making a 300-mile round trip after work on Wednesday night to see Stone Temple Pilots in concert in Lubbock - that's like a jaunt to the corner store.

Assuming you have to work the next day, you must really like STP!

Geez, hope you don't hit any rush hour traffic.

I was about to archive this topic, but checked the link just to see what happened.  There is a Spa Week coming up April 11-17.  Use this link to find participating spas in your area.
