Now you all know I'm the queen of "if it doesn't cost a lot, it must not be worth it", but this conditioner is pretty wonderful.  I am using it for washing my hair.  It's all the rage on MUA and elsewhere for this purpose.  My hair is thick and wavy and when I used this the curl was more pronounced than usual when I was done using the famous how to style curly hair routine which has "revolutionized my look".

The conditioner cost me $1.06.

Perhaps I'm dreaming

I always have this on my list at drugstore.com, but I haven't bought it yet. It gets raves all over the place, but I've been concerned that it would be too much for my fine hair.

When cheap things work, it is a true thing of beauty.

I have seen this one recommended time and time again, but I don't think it is meant for those of us with fine, straight hair.   Sorry, Zuzu. :(

I'm a naturally-curly, with medium texture and lots of it! My hair cutters have often said I have enough hair for 3 heads, and that didn't change with menopause either(I'm wa-ay past, at 63). This stuff is GREAT! I do a modified "Curly Girl" or no-poo routine(I do shampoo every couple of weeks). Due to all I've found out on the Naturally Curly discussion boards, I actually spend LESS on hair products than formerly because there are cheaper ones that work really well for our kind of hair. So this conditioner is always on hand for me to wash with! My haircutter gives me good marks for how I'm taking care of my hair, and I don't even buy any of the expensive stuff that they sell at the salon LOL!

I'm very curly too, with thinning/fine hair.  This is a great, moisturizing conditioner that doesn't weigh my hair down.  When I first started letting my hair go "naturally curly", I invested in the designer/salon lines aimed at curly hair.  The Suave Naturals coconut is just as good, if not better (certainly better for my budget).

I've looked for it twice but haven't found it yet. It must be sold out every time I look. >:(

I've ordered it from drugstore.com when I really needed it and couldn't find it locally after a couple of tries.  Except it's $3.00+ for 22oz, so not as good a deal as finding it in a local store.  But I do save gas and time when I give up on the local hunt early enough.  ;)

I've been using this for my "conditioner-only" shampooing for several years now. It's excellent! It's not moisturizing enough for me to use as an after-shampoo conditioner, but it's perfect for washing. I also have fine, curly hair.

At that price, it's worth a try. I get it at Target and Rite-Aid.

I'll have to check this out. I've been using an expensive shampoo but didn't like its counterpart. So, I've been using Aussie's 3-minute miracle and I love it. But, I love to try something new.  :excellent:

BB have you tried it? I found one at my local Walgreen's. They only had one left for $1.00. I snatched it. I've tried it twice and I like it. But, I was reading MUA and a lot of people were using it as a cowash.  I didn't want to try it as a cowash until the weekend.

Anyone else tried it using the cowash method?

Susie, that's the only thing I use it for-- CO washing. I alternate that with Deva Care's Low Poo cleanser.

I use it for CO washing. I rotate my CO wash conditioners weekly usually so I haven't used it for prolonged periods.  I like it a lot, but I like others too and don't want to have to stick to just one. LOL.

I've only used it one time, for conditioner washing (is that was CO washing is?) I liked it but need to use it more to see if I like it better than WEN.

I only use it for co-washing, myself, and a different, heavier conditioner for conditioning.

Hi BB, yes, you are correct. Use it as you would WEN's products.  I was one of those people that didn't like WEN. I'll give this one a try over the weekend since it won't matter what my hair will look like the following day. I'll have time to wash my hair with regular shampoo becasue I won't be running to work at 5am.  Thank you all for the comments! :-*
