Interesting tip for fly-aways
« on: March 12, 2011, 01:33:22 PM »
I read this one today and now I want to try it.  The tip is to put hairspray on an old blush brush and use it to smooth down those pesky little hairs that always stick straight up on my head.

I know just the brush I can sacrifice to this cause - it's an old Cover Girl one I bought before I had any really nice brushes.  I haven't used it in ages.

In humid weather I have this problem, too. I used to just spray a tissue with hairspray and pat on my "new hair" halo. But I'm going to try an old brush. Thanks!

Since I've been using flat iron on my hair, I haven't had any issue with fly-aways but I'll keep this in mind because you never know. Also, I place a couple of drops of Moroccan oil on my hands, twice during the day, and run it thru my hair.
