This red is from the Sephora Formula X.  It's another pretty red.  But, you may not see it with all the designs.

I think TiffanyD mentioned it in one of her favorites and she loves Chanel polishes.

I love that color and it does appear to be a universal red. I wonder if I can find it less expensively somewhere...I know that I would only use it around the winter holidays.
Zoya has nice reds.  How about Livingstonhttp://www.zoya.com/content/item/Zoya/Zoya-Nail-Polish-Livingston-ZP697.html
Or Sooki? http://www.zoya.com/content/item/Zoya/nail-polish-zoya-nail-polish-sooki-zp552.html
No, wait...America! http://www.zoya.com/content/item/Zoya/Zoya-Nail-Polish-America.html
Gia? http://www.zoya.com/content/item/Zoya/Zoya-Nail-Polish-Gia.html

Good work, Listy!

After carefully arranging all the shades on my screen, including the Chanel shade, Sooki is the closest shade to Rouge Rubis. Zoya classifies Sooki as a cool color but, on my monitor at least, it's a dead ringer for the Chanel shade. America and Gia were just a tad warmer and Livingston was a tiny bit more intense or not as clear if that makes any sense. I'm so tempted to get Sooki! But I'm not so good with the application so with a shade that intense I'd have to take it to a manicurist to have it applied.

And then of course I had to take a look at other Zoya shades. There are so many that say, "Pick me!" So, do I splurge on another shade (makes shipping more palatable) and a manicure with Sooki when it comes? Or do I hold off and apply the cost to something bigger? Decisions, decisions!  :-\
