Derminator/Dermarolling
« on: April 24, 2015, 06:21:18 AM »
Quick report: I have been using the Derminator for about a month.  Lines are much more shallow and skin seems thicker.

Anyone else dermarolling on this board?

I'm glad that it's working for you Denisiel but I am so afraid of needles that the thought of putting this on my face just scares the heck out of me.

I´ve read about it and even wondered about trying it, but in the end, I am going the tretinoin way. Needles do sound a bit scary! Will there be scar tissue?

If you don't like needles, it's probably not for you.  It doesn't create scar tissue unless done improperly with the wrong tools.  The needles create tiny wounds in the skin that the skin responds to be creating new collagen.  The wounds heal very quickly, you can't see it as it is done inside the skin.

Yes, that's what I hear, too. If you're not a fan of needles, it's best t stay away.  :)  I'm a chicken when it comes to needles.

Hello....I personally love dermarolling.  When you use the correct depth of needles, (.5 mm) you are creating a micro-channel on the
surface of the skin.  You can increase the pressure or decrease to your comfort.  The benefits is higher permeability of ingredients
to the skin.   You will see gradual results and thickening of the skin.
Thanks for reading.......Kelly
