Do you have any faves besides the generic hamburger and hot dog?

I love grilling thick slices of red onion. It has the sweetest most lovely taste.

Fish! best way to cook fresh fish. You only need a scattering of parsley and a slice of lemon to finish it.

One summer I got to grilling homemade pizza.  You would think that the dough would slip through the grill, but it does not.
Other than that, we grill chicken, shrimp, steak, pork, asparagus.....lots of things!  Less kitchen clean-up!

We get the most delicious mushroom and swiss bratwurst from a butcher shop in a small town in Wisconsin that DH then cooks in beer and onions before throwing them on the grill to finish them with a nice smoky grilled flavor.

I'd like to know more about grilling fish. What kind of fish? Is it grilled directly above the coals or offset to get indirect heat from the coals? Approximately how long does it take per side?

Same with asparagus - how and how long? Thanks! :)
