Hmmm. I think I'm liking Perfect Veil.
« on: February 06, 2011, 06:22:19 PM »
I tried this a million years ago and didn't like it.  When I was at Sniffapalooza, I got a small sample along with other Dawn Hurwitz's fragrances... she was there herself.  I just did a little dab on wrists and it's quite pleasant.  Let's see what Joey thinks... and me... in a little while.

This is a musk scent, right?  I will be interested to learn what your verdict is, especially as to lasting power.

I didn't know that DSH makes a "Perfect Veil."    The PV I tried was by Sarah Horowitz (Creative Scentualizations).  I remember it being a nice skin scent but not really for me.

I thought this was about a new face powder. I was excited...as if I don't have enough.  But, I've been  about all smell good water that I've been reading here lately.

Duh.. :headdesk: I didn't know there was a Barneys of New York near my work. I guess, if I must, have to take a field trip there today.

Oh, if I were in your shoes (my nearest BNY is 2+ hours away). I love their fragrance section, with its Frederic Malles and Parfums Delraes. So jealous!

This is one of my favorite "I have no idea what to wear" perfumes.  I have repurchased this several times since 1999.  It just very easy to wear.  Every time I wear it, I always wonder why I have neglected it.

I didn’t make it out yesterday. Darn work but I will if not this week, next week (payday) and I need to give something nice to myself. I really would love to try this scent.

Is this scent similar to Cashmere Mist, by any chance?
